Myself Anushree Hazarika, Guwahati Assam, Here i have a complain against ICICI Bank, Last year in the month of september 2014, i was facing an issue which i brought into the limelight with the help of your website. The issue was activation of Demat account in my salary account where as i was not aware of the same. There was some regular deduction from my account. With the help of you people they approarch me with an account removal form, i did the formalities last year. Now 2-3 weeks back i received a call from my finance department that my ECS has been bounced due to insufficient balance. i got shocked as because i am a very sincere person, i would never want this things to be happen. when i enquired for what reason it took place then i got to know that as there was a demat account active in my account so there was a deduction of Rs 684/- and when it came to the my ECS deduction there was lesser amount and so again a bounce charge of Rs 399 including service tax has been made from my account. Now the question which i want to arrise is that when i have requested to deactivate the demat account which i have never asked for then why it was still active. For that thing i faced so much harrasment, my finance people reached home to collect the EMI again which was lapsed due to the ICICI Bank people. Now what i want is to deactivate the said demat account and to reimburse my total deduction which was made against this. Rs 684 and Rs 399 Total payable is Rs 1083/- at the earliest.
