[Resolved] ICICI Bank — After Number of follow ups still bill details not received unable to pay | |||
Dear sir/mam, It is bring in your notice that I am using a credit card of ICICI bank Card no.[protected], which is issued on my name i.e. Anuj Shrivastava. From very first day I report the problem for non-receiving of details of bills. After regular follow SMS service has been started having information regarding bill payment & its amount & last date of payment & minimum amount payable. But the problem starts again from last 3 month, in September I paid late due to same problem. As the recovery department called me & ensure that the problem will resolve urgently but still not resolved. During last month bills I don’t have any information & which later on told by ICICI Bank Calling executive that total amount pending is Rs 5907. I told him problem which was persisting from long & he ensure that I will pay as soon as I got my bill details. But now I am getting phone calls again & again from ICICI BANK executive but still no one is available to resolve my problem & also they don’t bother about problem of mine ( Not getting any details ) all executives told me from this month that i will pay my dues after resolving issue & waving off the late charges which bank is imposing day by day. Kindly look into this matter & provide me details of last month, I am ready to pay from month starting my actual amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
