ICICI Bank — After providing ARN number also Bank not crediting the refund amount | |||||
Dear Concern, I made the transaction in mswipe machine on[protected] for 80000/- rs due to some reason mswipe hold the amount nearly 20 days. Now they refunded it and they give ARN number in email and they ask me to provide this ARN number to ICICI bank, I gave the ARN to dispute team but till now I didn't get any refund or conformation from the bank side. Kindly refund my 80000/- rs by tracking provided ARN number ASAP. I got my payment, After 15 days.
I started a service request on 9th jan, Got the payment on 24th jan.
