ICICI Bank - Alliance Debt Management And Legal Services — Non Compliant to RBI and Honorable Supreme court guidelines on collection process | |||||
Hi, I had an unpaid loan since 2006 and due to multiple slowdowns in my life I was not able to pay the loan amount completely. ADM collection agency located in Laxmi Nagar N.D have suddenly started contacting me for the last 1 month and have been in toch with me and I have been speaking to them that I am willing to pay and settle but need some time and will settle. (Praveen claims to be sitting in ICICI videocon towers branch, Niti Poddar claims sitting in ICICI rohin sec 8 branch &* Yogesh at ADM agency) - All 3 of them have been talking to me and now Yogesh have started using all wrong and non compliant tactics - He has called my relatives and have called up my work place and disclosed that sukhinder singh has a unpaid due to ICICI and when my colleague asked what is the matter he has clearly stated that this is a LITIGATION matter and ask him to call them - which I did, On the same call and one more call he has been asking for my seniors numbers and also my HR number - He was not aware that all no.s are on recording lines and all his 3 calls have been recorded and I have those recordings in which he has disclosed to a third person (colleague) that he is from ICICI and is calling due to non payments and it is litigation matter (as per RBI - Banks and collectors are not authorised to call colleagues or at work place and disclose details) - He was also asking for my HR details - due to this I am already defamed in my company and will surely be more than just defamation (This is a pure embaraasement, harrasement and CRIMICAL activity) - Besides I teeling Praveen from ICICI videocon towers that what Yoges has done and played with my social and employment status - Yogesh again called my work place (RECORDED) - I will be taking them to court of LAW and I want to know how much admisible this is in the court of LAW? Same problem has happened with me. Since I am jobless and they are very well informed.
Neetu Poddar never sits at any of the bank's location, She is from ADM Legal services and is a very shrewd lady. Praveen is not a real name of the banker, so all the calls you are getting are from ADM legals services and not the banks and you are right, Bank does not employ to any of these tactics.
They have harassed my family to such a level that my sister's divorce case has been impacted. Neetu Poddar called my Sister's in-laws and have informed that Jai Ahuja has ran way. My mother requested Neetu Poddar not to call at my sister's home as she is already in depression because of on going Divorce case against which Neetu Poddar mentioned that she will make sure to defame my sister and her divorce case will be impacted.
My wife is pregnant and I told her that you have no right to call my wife and since my wife's condition is critical I requested her not call her against which Neetu Poddar said that she will make sure that my wife will have an abortion and her baby will not be born.
I don't know where to file a complaint against her but they have resorted to multiple harassment activities including calling my Father's office, his employees, my sister's institute. I don't know how they got access to my and my wife's contact list and they have contacted everybody from that list.
Neetu Poddar even threaten my mother that she will make sure that my father will have another heart attack.
It would also help me on how to go against these people in the court of law.
