One Mr.PRAKASH (PHONE NUMBER[protected] introducing himself as ICICI BANK Loan verification officer called on 14th October 2015 AND told me that your daughter Sujatha applied for a loan and she has given your name and mobile number as reference.When i told him that there is no such daughter for me and give a police complaint against the applicant. He told that he would take up the matter. When I verified ICICI BANK, BOMMANAHALLI branch, there is no land line number with them and that the caller is fraud person. DATE AND TIME OF CALL: 14.10.2015 7.18 PM.

WHETHER THE CALLER IS A FRAUD OR SUJATHA IS A FRAUD.

    An unauthorized debit card transaction has been done on my ICICI savings account by trapping me on phone call by ICICI bank employee and Rs.7904/- debited from my account. Immediately I called to ICICI bank customer-care and blocked my debit card and registered complaint and they gave me assurance and they sent me one mail like below ” if the transaction is not claimed by the merchant, then the amount will be credited within 9 working days. In case the merchant claims the transaction charge-back is raised. As per Visa/Mastercard guidelines, maximum time to investigate disputed transactions is 50 days”. But they have closed my complaint without notifying me. My account number:[protected] Complaint number in ICICI bank: SR[protected]. ICICI customer support team is also not responding properly. Please investigate on this and provide justice.

        Hello Ms. Kochhar, I have been an ICICI savings bank account holder for over a decade now. I have a normal savings account with your bank, not anything important from the amount of money perspective though. My kids are growing up and I decided, recently, that I should get Smart Kids Junior accounts for all. I read the requirements and contacted the bank where I have my present savings account. Surprisingly, they seemed least interested in opening the Kids account, but all they wanted was Rs 10, 000 per account to be opened with, even if I am to withdraw the funds next day. I refused as I am sure that we need only Rs 2500 as minimum required when opening the account. The branch manager completely refused this, agreeing that Rs 2, 500 was required as per the policy but according to him, or his wish for larger deposit, he asked me to wither deposit Rs 10, 000 per account or leave it. It was not the executive dealing with account responsible for this but the manager himself. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to deposit Rs 30, 000 (since I had to open 3 accounts then), and had to leave the 'idea' of opening any further accounts with ICICI. I knew the ICICI staff was rude from my earlier experience but this took the cake. Thought o[censored]pdating you and see if it was same throughout ICICI Bank or only at the branch level. I am not expecting any reply, other than an automated one, or action from your office but just wanted to say it out loud. I myself won't be leaving ICICI for some time as quite a few things are linked to my account, and will be too much to rearrange all. Thanks, Anay Mittal

            Mu self saikishore holding credit card number 4375 xxxx xxxx 8001.My total outstanding amount is 14500 Rs so i paid 14000 Rs in same month before due date.But icici bank is interest amount after due date is 500 is debited in my account.Is this correct if customer pays almost 95% amount paid, but bank is interest will charge for full outstanding amount...Nobody will tell while applying credit card.One more problem, I have saving account in icici bank and kept auto debit for credit card.I already have sufficient balance to pay credit balance in my account but this is did not happened, after this bank charges interest on total amount.Before this i paid 20% of amount.I called to customer care, he told that if you kept auto debit from your saving account, only 5% percent(Min due amount) will be deducted and for the rest of amount interest will be charged.I never seen in auto debit column mentioned with conditions...

              Hi, I got a call from [protected] from a lady called Neha, saying that my cebiel score is good and I am eligible for a life time free credit card and collected all my documents. After the application was sent for processing I was told that this card is not a free card, the application number is as follows: ICICI Credit Card Application Ref. No[protected], HYDERABAD I had asked the lady again and again before submitting my documents if it is a free card she said yes, but she had cheated me by processing it for not a free card. She could have tampered my application form and filled in for a chargeable card.. I want this card to be cancelled and suitable action taken on this Lady. Thanks..

                Hello Sir/maam. I have 2 compalains. I opened a salary account in icici hazratganj, lucknow branch in August 2014. Rs 910.86 was deducted from my account without informing me about the charges for debit card.I lost my debit card then I went to re-issue that in the above mentioned branch.Ms Urvashi(Customer relationship manager) heard my issue, I asked her for debit card, I asked her for fees.She told me that its free of cost thenshe asked my zodiac sign.Then she send me back, tellin me that I will get that on my address.I was shocked to see rs 910.86 deduction from my account when I was doing online banking.Again no message came to me regarding that deduction and moreover i am not getting any sms from ICICI from the day I asked for debit card.Secondly I have been charges Rs 513.00 everymonth as MAB charges, I opened my account on zero balance and now everymonth they are debiting from my account without telling me the rules o it. I just want that all my above transactions that are debited from my account without my consent, should be credited asap.                   I am having bank account in ICICI Besant Nagr, Chennai branch from last 2 years and my account no. is[protected]
                  My contact number is : [protected]

                  I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB Chgs JUL15+Stax63.00 with 515 and SMAB Chgs AUG15+Stax59.46 with 484 deductions

                  Even I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I
                  understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                      Hi, I'm currently in Dubai using ICICI Bank Multi-Currency Travel (ATM) Card as a service provider to handle my money. On the 9th Oct, 2015, I received an email from the bank stating "An amount of 486.32 has been refunded to you from your ICICI Bank Travel Card 4XXX XXXX XXXX 6709 as per your request. The current available balance on your ICICI Bank Travel Card is 0.00. This card account has now been closed." I had never requested for a closure of the account and I'm in a foreign country with no money in my pocket. The bank customer care says it will take 11 working days to refund the amount. I request a full refund of my amount that the account currently holds and a compensation for mental harassment caused due to the error from their end. I have not been able to go out for 2 days since I didn't have any money and have had to borrow money for food. I do have a level of self respect to not borrow money each time to buy my own food.                           This is your kind information that I am availing one ICICI credit card no. [protected] since last 10 years. TODAY I received my Credit card bill (for the period of 09.09.15 to 08.10.2015) and surprisingly found that an amount of Rs. 41, 871.00/- is due from my credit card. The transactions (Two) are deducted in favour of M/s SARGAM COMMUNICATION SANGLI IN dated 24.09.2015 (details enclosed). Actually, I have never use my card for these transactions. In this regard, I was requested many times to the ICICI Bank credit card authority to look into the matter seriously and immediately rectify the bill by deduction the amount of Rs. 41, 871.00/- from my bill. But still now no one can help me. It is really unfortunate to see such kind of harassment from such prestigious bank like ICICI.                             I had made a transaction on the 8th Oct`15 to book a flight from Boston to Miami on American Airlines, I received a confirmation from American Airlines for the same On Fri, Oct 9, 2015 at 1:04 PM I received an email from American Airlines saying that " In regards with your booking under PNR – LNCOTJ, kindly be advised that your Amex Credit Card has been rejected. Please check with your bank or advise Alternative Credit Card number" I went through my records and saw that I received an email from ICICI that US $1 was debited from my Amex card account on Thu, Oct 8, 2015 at 11:31 PM. I called the customer care and was told by Priyanka that while making the transaction I had not given all the details like my residence address and date of birth, I told her that while making a transaction the above details are not required, she put me on hold and said that she has confirmed with the concerned team that these details are required, I asked her to connect me to a supervisor, again I was kept on a long hold and after that was told by Priyanka that she will arrange for a call back. Mr. Vishal- the supervisor called me back and confirmed that to make a transaction the above details are required and since the above details were not filled or filled incorrectly ( he was not sure) that is why my transaction was rejected, I again told him that I have been using this card for so many years and so many transactions and have never been asked for the above details, he again kept me on a long hold and came back saying that he has confirmed with the concerned team and insisted that the details were required, when I did not agree to the same he said that he will arrange for a call back on Monday the 12th, I explained to him that it will be too late by that time and I have to attend an important meeting in Miami and cannot afford to miss that flight as that would jeopardise my entire schedule. He said Sunday being a holiday he cannot help me I told him to my knowledge customer care works 24x7 and why a call back cannot be arranged, he said he would call me in 5 minutes but has not yet called. The above call lasted for nearly 45 minutes including the hold and call back and with no results. My Questions: How can a customer care executive posted in the credit card section wealth management not know how a transaction is effected and what details are required. How can a supervisor posted in the credit card section wealth management not know how a transaction is effected and what details are required. Why was US $ ! debited from my A/C when according to Vishal no transaction was effected on the 8th. How could American Airlines give me a confirmation without receiving the same from your end. Who is this concerned team which Priyanka and Vishal have been referring to in their conversation Why a call back cannot be arranged on a Sunday when it is an emergency situation. I am very disappointed at the way things have been handled regarding my above transaction, this was not expected by an organization like ICICI. I have many A/cs with ICICI including demats and savings A/cs of my family. I was using HDFC credit card before and shifted All my transactions to ICICI, Reference to the above situation I am in two minds whether or not to discontinue all my accounts. I need an answer to my questions and need the above transaction to go through at the earliest.

                              Dear Sir, I took a personal loan(Loan No. LPGHZ[protected]) from ICICI bank. Bank provided me an insurance policy to cover this loan as well. Now this loan is closed but the policy cover provided is not closed yet and the refund amount with respect to closure of this policy is still pending. But that amount not received by beneficiary and inquired with ICICI bank customer care, they told it will receive on next Monday(28.09.2015), I checked on 29th and confirmed that it is not received by beneficiary. Due to urgency I again made another transaction on 29th with same beneficiary and the second transaction amount received by party. But still the first transaction not received by party as well as that amount not returned to my account. I received feedback from ICICI bank against above service request that check with beneficiary's bank, same time I received feedback from ICICI bank customer care that that amount will returned to my account within 3 working days, I received this feedback on 29th September, but still that first transaction amount not returned to my account as well as beneficiary's account. Again I received amail confirmation from ICICI bank on 6th October'15 that the amount will return on or before 10th Oct'15, but that money not yet returned to my account.                                   Hello my name is Vaishali Mehta and I stay in Arpit Enclave, Mahavir nagar, Kandivali West, mumbai ICICI bank credit card collection department Andheri branch has some collection issues with my neighbour Mr Jitesh Mehta since he might have not paid his credit card bill. but these collection department people "NAfeesa, Jagruti and others are calling at my landline number and mentally harrasing by threatening us if we dont call Mr Jitesh (my neigbour) on phone so that they can ask for money and payment. They have been harassing us since many months now and we are fed up and irritated. They have also being calling my other neigbour Mrs Nina Mehta for the same reason and threatening them if they don't call Mr Jitesh on phone so that they can ask for money and payment.. ICICI bank has no right to mentally harass us and call us frequently. Please do something about this else they will continue harassing us and my parents.                                     Please ignore my previous comments...
                                    I've applied for a ICICI credit card 15days ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again, I have received call for verification 5 days before, and received the email from credit card depertment for confirmation and already replied. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application..

                                      Hi,

                                      I have booked a flat in Unitech Unihome Phase -2 in Nov, 2012. I took loan through a subvention scheme from ICICI bank through Tripartite Agreement where I was lured by both Bank and Unitech Officials to apply for Subvention Scheme. I made a payment of 12 lacs and around 30 lacs was paid by ICICI Bank.

                                      Currently in Nov, 2015 - the builder and not started the construction at all. It is only barren field instead of promised fat. And I am paying 30 K EMI per month to Bank from last 2 years.

                                      I have been trying to reach Unitech, however their officials do not receive call or respond to emails. ICICI on the other had is also not doing anything except making profits through me.

                                      I strongly feel that this is a case of forgery where Bank was very well aware from Day 1 that Builder is going to default, however even after this scheme was offered to me. Please provide me justice or let me know the options available with me to legally tackle this.

                                        Hi All, I lost all my trust with iCICI bank. I am holding a NRI account and requesting the bank to stop a ecs ruuning on this account as my loan is paid off. No one is ready to do the needful. Customer care say talk to branch, branch says talk to customer care I also tried to reach the branch manager and he never comes to phone.His assistance always receive the call and just waiste all my time Its infosys bangalore branch
