[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amazon icici bank credit card application rejected

So I applied for this credit card and after my successful KYC verification a person came to my home address for verification he said you will get card in 2 days and on same day I received call from bank she again asked for all details my office address employee ID told me to send email from my office email id to bank which is not allowed by any company to send emails to external network. And I asked her twice do I need to send email from my personal id or office id so she said through office email id and I even have call recording. So I just did research on net and one user said you should mail office details application number through your personal email id. So clearly they give false information mis guide customer while processing there application and I'm pretty sure they rejected my application on basis of this because I did not send them mail using my office mail ID I even asked my HR about this and got the same reply from here.
