[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amazon Pay Credit Card : Bank Extortion

I lost my debit card around *March 2020 and blocked the card instantly.

*6, 900 amount was due by then, so I paid 7000 as a round figure but started sending me alerts after 2 months that 300 rupee was due
and kept adding late charges and interest.

Now the amount is more than rs.3500, this is clear extortion. I tried reaching customer support but they kept forwarding me to another team (i had to wait very long and most of the time call got dropped).

When I asked for a full statement on the card they sent me statements for each month separately and in a random fashion.

They are clearly trying to take more time so that they can add more charges to my account.
