[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amazon pay ICICI credit card application rejected due to office address confirmation

I applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card a while back, after that I was contacted by the bank and in the video call they took my pan card and signature for document upload procedure. After that I was told that the its processing. After few days I got a call from someone saying that he is an ICICI bank employ and need to take photos in my office. I got suspicious because it was a no contact procedure. And then I contacted the customer care, they told me that its an online procedure and you dont need to do anything other than document uploading.
So, I waited a few day and again the same bank employ contacted for the office address photo, so I denied as it was online procedure. After a few hours I got a message that the application is rejected, and there was no specific reson written.
