[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amazon pay ICICI credit Card document upload does not get processed even after successful video kyc

I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on June 2021 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 15times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail and phone and guess what they are just waste of time and they know nothing about their services, HERE COMES the twist I'm already a existing ICICI Bank platinum credit card user and it still kept me on hold for some strange reason. As I need this card urgently but this Amazon pay ICICI team was really pathetic. They didn't even cancel my application and let me apply again. Hope they solve my issue this time.

What did u do to resolve?
I am facing same issue. I uploaded the docs two times but they got rejected even if I have uploaded all docs correctly.
I am also facing the same issue. Even after uploading documents 3-4 times still it's says that documents are not clear.
