I have received 2 messages on 21 Aug and 22Aug that Rs. 145 has been deducted from my fastag account as toll changes from below locations:

21Aug2021 at 7:25 PM and Txn ID[protected]fP - Rs.145 deducted.
22Aug2021 at 9:20AM and Txn ID 831692960416081880542fP - Rs. 145 deducted

This is highly surprising, request you to kindly resolve and give me the written confimation how this happen alog with...

From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account?

I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount...

Amount deducted from June GST invoice from 690 rupees in July and August 1st 590 deducted, please accept my request for refund amount in my account....

My account has been deducted with INR 590 having the description "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~10AUG21~9f0610b " on 21st August but I don't have any SI link with my account. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from bank officials. I don't get any messages....

I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. There have been 3 debit transactions from my account with ECSRTNCHGS 100821_sr7684201 transaction id .

11 aug - 315.52 rs
12- aug- 0.01 rs
19 aug - 274.45

I dont have any idea about from where and why this is happening....

I also would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 11th dec.2019.
