Dear Sir/Madam,
I have registered my number in DnD registry for ICICI.
Despite this I keep getting calls.
I even called up customer care in the month of June/July complaining about the repeated calls. I was assured that after 30 days I will not be receiving any calls. When I asked the CCE for appellate if I get a call, she still assured that wont be necessary.
Now, I have been getting calls that too from my branch . On questioning why they are harassing me, I was told that the relationship manager asked to call me regularly. (Home Branch - Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore)
I find it extremely harassing and casual attitude of ICICI.
Kindly look into the problem.
