[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amazon Pay ICICI credit card late payment charges

Hi,

This is regarding late payment charges of more than Rs.4000 levied to me on my Amazon Pay ICICI credit card no.[protected] and blockage of card

I had called customer care regarding the blockage of card. The customer care personnel mentioned that its because I failed to pay Rs.129/- that I transacted in Dec 2020 and late payment charges of Rs.4000/-. This may be due to oversight and hence I request you to reverse my charges. Also, i'm holding salaried account in icici bank since 2006. Pls check my account[protected] and it has been a smooth relationship so far. This credit card doesnt appear in my bank login and hence I may have missed to pay
