ICICI Bank — Amazon Refund not issued into bank account

I have ordered product in Amazon of 599 and 998 By cash on delivery and I have returned the product on 16 nov and 18 nov but still refund not credited to my account I have called Amazon regarding this they have already completed all the process from their end and give me refund reference number they have told me to raise charge disputed file to get clarity on this.
