[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — amount balance difference

I have an icici demat saving account at kankarbagh branch patna. Today when i logged into icicibank.com it shows available balance is rs 8300.35 and total balance is rs 4758.35. I don't know why this strange thing happened with me. I have never get such types of shocked. I never ever owned or used any type of credit card in my entire life. I have also checked thrice the detailed statement of my account from january to july 2018 and everything is right and clear with no outstanding or pending amounts or something like that. Everything is clean and clear.

But still i don't get the thing why the hell there is difference between total balance and available balance?

And where is my remaining amount of rs 3542?

I am really very depressed and restless.
