[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount blocked twice funder IPO UPI mandate | |||||
I have applied for IPO of Paras Defence and Space Technology yesterday. The UPI mandate has been requested in the iMobile pay app twice instead of 1 time. I have applied for 1 lot only and not modified the application also. I have confirmed/accepted the mandate 2 times perceiving that the initial transaction is not successful and the pop up message also confirmed that the initial transaction is not successful. Now my account has been blocked with Rs. 29750/- instead of Rs.14875/- There is no proper response from the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
