ICICI Bank — amount debited by your side

Sir/Madam,
I am an account holder in your bank. I would like to tell u that an amount of Rs. 426.52 and Rs. 156.48 has been debiited from my account on 23rd August 2019 by the bank without any prior intimation to me. Kindly see into the matter as early as possible. If not I may have to close the account.
