ICICI Bank — Amount debited for DP CHGS charges

Without any information and my fake information that there won't be any charges now you are devoted amounts from out account. Today on the name of DP CHGS 619 rs you debited. What is this seriously
I want my money back in the account or else I will close icici bank account. No proper service and no ntg always ready for debiting amount only.

I need money back ... hope you will do the same for futher good communication from my end.
