[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount debited from account but not received by payee | |
I made a payment of Rs. 8532 via UPI to Sahara Star Hotel (Mumbai) The amount was debited from my account. I received the transaction SMS and the online transaction record on iMobile app. After speaking with them, they have confirmed that they have not received the amounteven though the transaction is shown as successful from my side in the bank's system. May 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They have contacted me and asked me to obtain the beneficiary's bank statement so that they can verify that the funds haven't been deposited into their accounts as they claim.
