ICICI Bank — amount debited from account without prior intimation

I am an icici bank account holder since november, 2014 and i have been regularly using it since then. But on 09th october, 2017, a total amount of rs. 683 (Approximately) was deducted from my sb a/c without any prior intimation or notice. I did not get any notification on my registered mobile number as well. Yesterday, when i went to withdraw some cash from the atm, i saw that the same made in my account on the previous day. The deduction was made in 2 parts namely, igst2017100 for rs. 104.22 and then smab chgs a for rs. 579.00, which totals to rs. 683.22. I was given no notice or no intimation on why this was deducted. I have been depositing money in my account all through this time but still a reputed organization like icici bank decided to do this with customers like us who have been a loyal customer of the same for almost 3 years now.
