[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amount debited from my account but not received by merchant.

I had tried to update my Netflix account by my icici credit card account on 11th may 2021, and Rs 499/- was Debited from my credit account but my Netflix account was not updated and I have not received any refund of Rs 499/- till now which I have done on 11th may 2021. Furthermore, I had done another recharge of Rs. 499/- on 17th May, 2021 and my Netflix account is running after the recharge which I had made on 17th May, 2021.
[protected] is my mobile number. I have attached the copy of the statement. Kindly do the needful regarding my refund.
