[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amount debited from salary account

I have Salary account with no :[protected].8 INR has been debited from my account without my knowledge. Then i called ICICI bank customer care and asked them a reason they have told me that it was debited for Demat account but i am not having any Demat account against this Salary account. I was having the DEMAT account with my old ICICI bank account while am opening the older account with ICICI they representative from ICICI told me that there should not be any charges and they never charge for this DEMAT account because of that i agreed to open the demat account with my older ICICI bank account. Now am not using my old Saving account as well as i havent used my DEMAT account. But charging against not demat saving account is totally UN acceptable. even without my permission i dont know how can they debit the amount from my account. Please take the necessary action and refund my amount.
