[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount debited without warning or notice | |||||
I recently got a credit card, and have been paying the bills on time. Last month i cancelled my credit card auto debit option as i wanted the money. The whole point of getting the card was to have an option to pay later when needed. Without even telling me or warning me the credit card team deducted whatever that was left in my personal account, now my account balance is 0.00. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? Forcing them to pay-up like some street gunda? Is this what your bank has come to? I need the money - request you to transfer the amount in my account immediately, i will clear al the dues by next month and cancel your stupid card. In the mean time i will have a word with my firm to change my salary account bank as icici has shown me that they cant be trusted with my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
