An amount of 2415/- has been deducted from my account of which i am unable to find any reason why is it done so following are the details of the transaction -

Date of transaction - 2/05/2018
The detailed statement shows - bil/[protected]/pgmib/[protected]_ wwwr
Name of the account holder - susmita ghosh

Please refund the amount or explain the reason of deducting the amount from my account.
