    Hi I'm Prem
    I am create 3D secure pin successfully but at the time of payment I will fill ATM pin instead of 3D secure pin 3times then my debit card is blocked for online transaction and contact with branch of Icici but no response is given by bank. Customer care also not helping I am not understanding what will I do to unblock my debit master card please help me it's urgent

    In my salary a/c rs. 26 has been debited.
    But don't know why?
    Please Tell me why this happed?
    I want proper Justification.
    My savings account (earlier salary account) got withdrawal of Rs. 300 as ECSRTNCHGS on 07th May. Earlier also on 29th and 30th March same ECSRTNCHGS charges amounting 45 and 67 were deducted. I dont know what these charges are for? I emailed ICICI bank but I have not received any reply from them.
    I just found out that an amount of 796 has been deducted from my a/c without informing me. I figured out it was for the demat account which I never used neither applied for. Kindly refund my money. If you can't do that please deactivate my a/c. Do the needful before I take further actions.

      Hi,

      Literally got surprised you guys cheating customers like this way.

      The thing is my icici account got debited with 413 + gst whatever it would be on may 07th, this is not fare guys you doing things your ways and making fool customers all the time.

      Is this my flaw that i m using icici or what?? Please stop this right here and let me know the valid reason on this on priority.

        Hi my name is rahul khinchi, i have made one imps transaction from icici to sbi for the amount of 17200, it failed twice but amount debited from my icici account. Later, i received one text from icici claiming that transaction timed out from beneficiary bank and it will reflect under the beneficiary bank, i tried to get in touch with both banks but it didn't help. They are just transferring queries to each other. I am not getting any solution.

          Your respective inform to me the life time free credit card so i apply and submit all document your another respective inform to me rs.499 p. A charges required i say but your first respective inform to me its life time free card.
          They say no it is chargable so i say please cancelled. After that your first respective call me and say after confirmtion you reced. As a special offer for life time free card as confirm through email. But no any email recd. And not your first respective pick my call.

          So please take action action your first respective against wrong information taken to customer (Mis selling case). I also send your mobile no of your first respective which is inform wrong information to me ([protected])

              My icici bank saving account number[protected] name kirit modi - my 3 consecutive irctc booking transaction of around rs 1470 x 3 nos. Failed on 25 april 2018. Till today on 11th may no response from irctc after mailed complains - no credit back from icici... Please help me
              Irctc has also issued ticket no. But there is no response from them as yet.

                This has reference to ICICI Credit Card, I have received a call on 11/05/2018 @ 3.32pm from various people claiming to be icici officers. they r asking for a credit card payment, I told them that all my icici carss are settled and closed. still they gave me a reference of cebturion bank credit card which was blocked due to a complaint and the bank got closed. so i asked them to call on Monday and discuss with my husband. instead they kept misbehaving with me on phone and threatening me to visit my office and create a scene. numbers i got calls from is [protected]. pl get a call arranges from icici bank instead of these goons and discuss.

                    I am AKHILESH SINGH. Rs.825.99 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-18) DP charges on 11/05/2018. I have never activated and not used my Demat account till now also I have go in demat section there no detail showing about it, How you can deduct money and activate any services without verification?

                    And what mean of POSDEC CHG, you have deducted approx Rs.120 for it? See attached image...

                    My account no.[protected], its regarding the icici bank coral credit card which was issued to me in 2016.

                    Icici bank representative told me icici bank is issuing a new card with micro chip for security purposes in place of old card. But now i have found that icici bank has charged me rs. 571/- 28.03.16, rs. 573/- 06.04.2018 & rs. 588.82 on 11.05.2018.

                    I request to icic bank to refund full amount which is being charged since the issue of card.

                    It is noticed that icici bank is making such a fraud & earning lots of money.

                      The complaint is regarding grid verification while doing the online transaction. I lost my icici debit card. I blocked the card as soon as possible. Now when i want to do the transaction, it asks me for that grid verification. Now, i have not applied for the new debit card and i don't want to apply for it also. So there is no grid for me now. So how should i do the transactions?

                      I tried to call the customer care of icici bank. But calls are always on waiting

                          icici bank posdec chg - 29.50 rs deducted more than 30 times!!

                          Icici bank had cut money from my account against failure of transation without informing me by sms or email.
                          I am old cusomer of icici bank and using salary account, credit care, debit card, and net banking from year 2010, i am very surprise after seeing the deduction against the fail transation.
                          Money was cut without informing me.

                          Am an icici privilege customer, my salary account is at icici bank. I have an icici credit card for which i got charged 500 rs + 90 rs gst as overlimit fee. I was not aware about the balance in icici credit card. The overlimit caused because they charged the interest rate. As per my usage the credit card was above the limit.

                          So kindly do the needful to give back the amount.

                            I has transferred some amount from my icici account to my fathers account who hold sbi account but it’s more than a month that amount is not transferred. I have been running behind icici, raised so many requests but all in vain they just give me reference id which sbi says they don’t have any detail. I have provided my fathers bank statement but they are not ready to accept. Icici is a cheater they only want money from customer but when it comes to solving their issues they are not bothered.

                              I had been charged POSDEC charge several times while I maintain sufficient balance in my account (savings account) for what I have shopped; Probably this bank is charging me for failed attempts of card swipe due to its network issues.

                                  I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                    Recently i receive an email from this bank that my amount inr 413 is debited with remark as ecsrtnchgsxxxx_srxxxx. First i was to delete the email then i read the subject :'gstinvoice'. I said wtf how i am related to any gst when already the govt has sucked income tax on my salary to make me feel that 'why i am working in india' where the tax payers are not given anything infact taken from them. Then i opened the password protected pdf and saw that this amount is deducted.
                                    I need the amount back since i was not intimated about the charges and secondly i want to discontinue any policy or not that let me decide, you are not supposed to penalise me for not keeping the sufficient amount in bank.
