Hi my name is rahul khinchi, i have made one imps transaction from icici to sbi for the amount of 17200, it failed twice but amount debited from my icici account. Later, i received one text from icici claiming that transaction timed out from beneficiary bank and it will reflect under the beneficiary bank, i tried to get in touch with both banks but it didn't help. They are just transferring queries to each other. I am not getting any solution.
