In the month of jan-2018 there was 7.5% cash offer on icici credit card. Icici credit card marketing person mentioned that on purchase through credit card i will be getting 7.5% cash back within 90 days of the transaction. Initially he did not mention anything regarding the emi.
While we finalised the product the where making the payment the merchant told that i should select the emi period. Then the icici sales person told that the offer is for emi conversion and there is no interest on the emi.
In the first bill when the emi was raised there was an interest amount then i was informed that the interest will be reversed back. They charge the interest on emi as it is mandatory as per rbi rules.
As i did not get the cash back on 3-may i called the customer care and i enquired about the cash back he tell me that rs.486 is credited to my account. Then i told him that it is the interest reversal. He was not agreeing to it then i told the 7.5% of the cash back comes to around 1600 then he kept me on hold for 10 min and after 10 min he confirm there is a cash back but it is after 90 days of the offer period.
It took me around 45 mins to make them confirm regarding cash back and i mentioned them to register a complaint regarding the false information given by sales representative at the time purchases. And finally they say sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I think the bank should penalised for such of false information and delay in the offers. I have raised the service request for the same. It is sr[protected]

Dear Sir,

I received a mail from ICICI bank on 10-May stating that the cash back of Rs.486.08 is credited on 13/03/2018 against the 7.5% cash back offer for the amount spent on Rs.22400.

They are not even calculating what will the amount for 7.5% of 22400.
Rs.486.08 was the reversal of the interest on the EMI which i have mentioned to customer care and it was agreed on the call made on 03 or 04 May-2018. the representative i spoke was MR.Nayeem. And service request SR[protected] was raised.

Now in the mail they are mentioning that there is no such requested raised in the system. Bank is totally lying and wasting the time.

    I have ordered from zomato app on april 25th 10:18 pm. And paid the amount of rs 250 from icici net banking. But zomato said we haven't received the paymeny as it was failed by the payment gateway website and it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days in your bank account. But my bank detailed statement says the amount has been paid to zomato. I have contacted zomato customer care and they said they havn't received any payment so they're not responsible for it. But when i have checked the transaction details today it shows the amount of rs 250 has been paid to zomato on 25th april and there is no "refund of rs 250". Now what should i do? It's been a week and i haven't received the amount. I am loosing my trust on icici bank.

    There has been a regular deduction of POSDEC charges of 29.50 each time starting from 18 April 2018 til date from my ICICI savings account. And i request for a refund because POSDEC charges are due to network errors or
    other merchant related error, and why do i have to pay for that. I request for a refund

        At the time of opening the account, the contact person sagar prajapti from icici bank relief road branch told me that the mab for icici 3 in 1 account is inr 5000. But now even after maintaining the account balance inr 5000, inr 1000 deducted from my account. I want refund of mab charges and minimum blaance should be 5000 as per your advisor's commitment, otherwise i will close all my icici bank savings and demat accounts.

          I never swipe a card in any store but icici bank charges me with posdec charges what the hell is this are they just stealing are money do something yes i repeat again i never swipe my card in any store
          They also charged me for debit card use 588 rupee for coral debit card but i also ask them for please deactivate my coral service but they didn't deactivate this but no issue for that because i am using that card but without swiping my card in any store they deduct charges for insufficient balance this is horrible service i thought icici bank is best but now i think they prove me wrong

              I am sheshadri, working in tcs hyderabad. Food card was issued to me on march 2016 and it gets expired on 2021. My mobile number is not registered with my food card, so i used to check my balance through website. Since last month whenever i try to log in, it shows me the error that card is in invalid state.                 I worked with icici bank from feb 2003 to sep 2004. My employee id is 111115.

                Icici bank has not released my pf yet. I have sent them the settlement form 2 times. I called icici bank head office in mumbai but nobody helped.
                It has been over 13 years i left icici bank. It's very disappointing that a bank of this scale is not able to perform a normal tasks in this long time.
                I do not have phone number of payroll now.

                I asked an icici bank branch officer/manager for guidance or contact details of the concerned department, he had asked me to use google.

                I am really disappointed both as an employee as well as a customer.

                I need to know how this can be resolved at the earliest.

                  I have visited icici bank, sohna road, gurgaon on 01.05.2018 regarding redemption of attached children growth bonds, purchased on 19.02.2002 and maturity date 19.07.2018.
                  I was told by dm (Said icici brach) that this could not be processed by them and i was advise to write a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com.

                  Please find mail below which was delivered on 01.05.2018 by me to [protected]@icicibank.com along with [protected]@icicibank.com as well as [protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com but yet to receive any response from concerned icici bank officials.

                    Hi,
                    I am having 3 current accounts and 1 savings account, and 2 fastag account with icici, vijayawada main branch..

                    What ever we can do by icici online services through internet banking was really good.. But manual what we can do it in branch was really worst and horrible working staff..
                    I have asked for current account receiving limit by calling to the executive many times, but no response..
                    I have applied for merchant services for payment gateway, pos system.. No update. Not receiving calls even.
                    I have applied for credit card no update..
                    I have applied for loan, no update.
                    I have requested to cancel fastag account, 1 month completed no update.

                    I have never seen such type of blind bank anywhere.. Small government banks are much much better..

                    Even to deposit cast it will take nearly 30min to 1hr... By following 3 steps of procedure.. For this they are saying, it is for customer friendly.. Dont know what customer friendly they are provding..

                    I was having issues with my iMobile app so I uninstall it. After reinstalling it on my Android phone, selecting NRI option, clicking Activate button, the app says that a SMS has been initiated and takes me to 2nd screen which asks me to click on Resume button, and I keep getting the attached error message in a continuous loop. Please help.

                      Hi team,

                      My name is vidyesh, today i got lien mark on my salary account due to non payment of icici credit card.
                      I was in contact with the collection department and told them constantly that i will be making the full payment in the month april which they were not agreeing too.
                      I had a serious medical issue in my family and that is why i was not able to make the payments. Today the full amount of the credit card is auto debited from the account.
                      Money was not a problem here as i said that i told them that i will be paying the amount in the month of april, i have no regrets with auto debiting the amount.
                      The question here is why the card is still blocked and when i contacted customer care they are giving me some # reasons that it cannot be unblocked now because it is permanently blocked and i have to apply for a new card now after two months.
                      My only request to the bank is to remove the block status of the card nothing else.
                      If the bank can do that... Nothing like that but if not then you should have told me that you are in no requirement of the customers anymore.. There are lot of customer hungry people out there.

As bank transact that amount by transaction id [protected] towards eazypayicicibank successfully dated 22/04/2018 for which i received e-mail but for the transaction between eazypayicicibank and u. P. State industrial dev. Corpn. Ltd by transaction id [protected] i can't receive any confirmation of transaction.
                        I have send complaint on given mail id for eazypay i. E. [protected]@icicibank.com on 22/04/2018 and again on 26/04/2018 but not received any response and due to not availability of contect number there is a problem of quick response.

                        I was having issues with my iMobile app so I uninstalled it. After reinstalling it on my Android phone, selecting NRI option, clicking on Activate button, the app says that an SMS has been initiated and takes me to 2nd screen which asks me to click on Resume button, and I keep getting the attached error message in a continuous loop. Please help.

                        ICICI customer service is really useless. Sending the same standard response to everyone asking them to send a reply to stated email ID with the UID number in the subject. They are trying to take us for a ride, instead of resolving our problems. They are really shameless and the pathetic.
                        My Self, Kishore, I told to cancel the request for Loan on Credit card. But the bank officials credit the loan amount to my account. I have raised cancellation request by call customer care service. They have registered the complaint and told will be resolved by 2 days.They have charged emi for the loan also in my credit card statement.

                              My credit card was debited by rs. 1399 under the activation of oneassist which i neither requested nor i want it. When contacted, they are not ready to deactivate it upon requesting thrice through emails.
                              Also the service requests i raise, they close it on the same day without any comments. I got a message that my cpp has cancelled and money will be refunded with 7 working days. But this month rs 100 has auto debited from my savings account. I just want my money back by cancelling the plan.

                                  I have been an icici account holder since last 2 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch tomorrow morning first thing. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the bank and i will have to bear monetory loss because of not being able to transfer amount today itself.
                                  Now i am seriously thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which is professional and would also suggest others not to use such an unprofessional bank.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    Delhi Public School Miyapur has been added me as a payee to pay the Tuition Fee of 29, 700/-. In ICICI Easy Pay I have given all the details like Merchant Name as "Delhi Public School Miyapur', Location and few other details. And after the payment done I noticed that the biller name was "Export Inspection Agency of Mumbai" instead of "Delhi Public School Miyapur".
                                    Then I contacted ICICI Customer care regarding the same. They were simply answering that it has been credited to the beneficiary and they were saying to discuss it with beneficiary and not with the bank(then why bank is acting as a mediator). But they are not trying to resolve the issue by refunding my money(Which has been credited to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai"). Also When I tried to escalate it to higher authorities, I am not getting the correct SR number to proceed further and even they are not providing any e-mail ids. If I send an e-mail to Customer care they simply telling it has been credited to the d beneficiary. Fed up with ICICI(Especially Customer care) response I am raising this complaint.

                                    Please help to get my money back.

                                    Just to add to the above, I never did any transaction to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" or even added as my Payee. Neither they(Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" ) added me as their payee nor I added them in my internet banking. Then how come ICICI bank sends money to them there should be some kind of validation before sending money. To transfer money, either I should add them in my payee list or they should add me. In my case nothing has happened and my money got deducted and Customer care was not ready to listen to my problem. Raised SR but with that SR I could not even escalate the issue. It seems they are just playing with me. Lets see.

                                      I have made a jio recharge transaction using bhim app on 28th dec 2017 at 22:19:52, 399 rs, from karnataka bank, amount has been debited but recharge unsuccessful because session time out. I followed up with karnataka bank then finally replied that "the merchant bank icici bank has rejected the complaint stating
                                      That is was a successful transaction and the amount is credited to merchant
                                      Account holder @ icici bank. Kindly follow up with the merchant as it
                                      Is stated as successful by the merchant banker."
