[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount deducted from my icici debit card without my permission

On 29 feb 2020 i got a message that rs.2150 has been deducted without my permission. I tried to contact custmomer care from my registered number but no one attended. I went to chennai anna nagar west depot branch and anna nagar rountana branch they said across india network down. No one is picking in customer service number.
