[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount Deducted From Saving Account | |||
Dear Sir, Name: RajendraKumar Kusam Account number :[protected] IFSC code:ICICI0001021 Branch : Koperkhairne ( Navi Mumbai-Maharashtra) Account is from MUMBAI. Now I shifted Hyderabad. I'm holding Demat account along with savings account opened with zero balance. I lost money in trading so I am not using my savings account. Recently deposited money into my account they deducted 2400/- INR without sending any notifications. Then I spoke to customer care, they suggested to go nearest ICICI branch. I went to ICICI Bank SR nagar branch Hyderabad, they said go to Mumbai branch to discuss this issue. When I am opening account they said its free account no need to maintain balance not they are saying monthly balance has to maintain, Without informing me how can they charge. I visited to ICICI bank nearly 25 times, taking request and saying go to MUMBAI branch. Really frustrated with the ICICI bank services.
