ICICI Bank — Amount deducted from savings account and yet to receive refund

Hello,

I made two transactions on 2nd May 2017 one through my debit card and other through net banking (details of which given below). However in both the​ cases transaction failure happened but amount was deducted twice from my account. In such circumstances this makes quite an unruly situation for users.

Could you please notify when will my refund take place?
