[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount deducted twice as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG

An amount of Rs.412 & Rs.179 have been deducted from my account [[protected]] as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG, without taking any loan from you and other 3rd party then how can it be possible to deduct such type.
