[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amount got debited but not credited Back

Hi. My amount of Rs.12, 000 has got debited on 10th Aug'2022 with Ref no: [protected] but still not yet credited back to my account. Whenever I'm trying to reach ICICI, they are saying that amount has been transferred to Receiver. Receiver account was not credited with the amount.
