ICICI Bank — Amount issue

I had purchased shoes but order was unsuccessful yet amount is deducted from my account, they had refunded the amount which is not reflected till now
I also had raised the request no SR[protected] regarding this matter and I m also attaching the screen shot in which they gave me .please solve this issue as soon as possible.
