ICICI Bank — Amount not credited after my iwish account closure

AMOUNT "NOT" CREDITED TO MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT AFTER MY iWISH ACCOUNT CLOSURE. I have called many times since 22nd of this month after closing my iwish account but in spite of all my calls, escalations and setting the service request tickets to high priority, I am not getting MY MONEY credited to MY own account. No ICICI Manager or Officer owe the responsibility or giving me assurance of the amount. I AM ESCALATING THIS ISSUE to be taken very seriously. CONSIDER THIS ISSUE AS URGENT.

Icici i wish deposit details have vanished fro my account . I am not able to see the amount or the i wish account details . I called cust care and they told it was a system issue due to year end closure activities... no one is able to give clear answer ... they asked me to check by monday ... dont trust icici anymore

I'm also facing the same issue. Never feeling like to use the icici account itself. Not trustworthy.

It looks like some serious issue with ICICI bank iwish deposit almost 10days over still they are not willing to pay money, no use with privilege customer. They are happy to give personal loan but not interest to repay the matured iwish deposit after the closure request. Every day. I'm going to bank to get my money back so for I spent nearly rs1000 for my travel. They are telling you will get the money EOD like a fraud finance company.
I too have the same Issue. I closed my goals 5 Days back. But still I didn't get MY MONEY back.Whenever I contacted the support the reply from them is like it is just System Issue and I will get your money back tomorrow. Yesterday they said next Monday I will get the money back. There are some serious issues are there with Iwish and ICICI bank application. In the IWish application's transactions the comment says "User closed a goal and funds were removed to SBA-". So not sure what I have to do now. I have more IWish goals. I have to close it to be safe but not sure when I will get money from any of them.

One Big Question to ICICI, You call us for unwanted things like selling your products but why don't you call us when there is problem in your side.
IWish is a failure or a Fraud.
I have set a goal, completed it, then Money should automatically come to my account.
Stop fooling customers.
If you have genuine problem with this system sort it out, its a high time.
You should understand condition of customer as nobody in your branch takes responsibility for online products.
I opened iwish rd and closed it prematurely today I.e on 29th december 2016. In the conditions it is specified that the funds will be credited instantly. It's been a day and my funds were not credited. I have called to the customer care for 8 times and nobody gave me correct solution. Please assist me with a solution. Urgent need of funds. Please take this seriously.
It's been more than a day but I didn't get my iWish closure amount credit to my Saving Account. Please do the needful.

Hi, I just opened iWish account today. But I couldn't see any deposit accounts linked to my internet banking. Usually how long will it take to reflect. Please help.
My goal is achieved since 20 days and I am not getting back money on my primary account.
Moreover while I close the goal, it says "some technical issue is there and I can't do it"

This is the worst thing I have ever seen.
Being such a reputed bank, this kind of ### service is unexpected.

I will never invest in any of ICICI products and I request you guys to stay away as well. This is something to keep money hindered.
I got the issue resolved after 2 hours of submitting the complaint here.

Same thing happened with me ... It's a ###... when we are at medical emergency ICICI is a bank making things worse for us. Poor 1 star services.
I have closed my IWish account three days back, But amount not credited. When i am asking help-desk, they are telling they cannot help have to close again from internet banking. But in internet banking there is no option for close, it is only asking for open the new IWish account. Its very urgent requirement for last three days, Please help. I wont go for ICICI in future.
After contacted number of times Helpdesk and sent mails, No action has been taken, last five days telling 1 working day, one working day. But there were no action has been taken. ICICI made me to lent money for high interest due to their worst kind of support matrix. No body please don't use ICICI IWsih deposit, you wont get money in time.
My iwish account got matured 05 th july itself and the has not credited to my account still. Now im really worried.

iWish new interface is crappy, very confusing. After I closed two of my goals, the total amount in my account has reduced by 17K and am not able to view the transaction history of what happened. I will be moving out of ICICI soon. I am feeling very insecure.
