[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount not credited to Biller

Hi team

I made transaction of Rs 65000 on august 30, 2022 from my ICIC bank account ending with 3673 via Gpay app attached screenshot for your reference. But amount is not credited to axis card ending 6084 biller yet. Request you to please reverse or refund the amount bank to my icici bank account. Appreciate your help on this on priority basis.

Updated by Jessy Paul I have reached out to ICICI Bank they said amount is successfully debited, we cant take any complaint which was weired. Axis bank has taken complaint and claimed they dint received any payment yet. Gpay team claims that amount is debited from them successfully. I dont understand why my parent banker is not responding to this matter. Rs 65000 is big amount for me please refund the amount back.
