I would like to register a complaint about the payment of rs 3891.00 against new airtel broadband connection at my residence in greater noida. Please go through the series of events/discussion below:
I made a online payment of rs 3891.00 from my icici bank account[protected] on01/06/2018 for a new airtel broadband connection at my residence f5-1605, panchsheel greens 1, sector 16-b, greater noida west, up-201009.
This amount of rs 3891.00 is 3 months charge including gst on a monthly package of rs 875.00. I informed the airtel employee about this transaction who is handling the connection in my society.
Next day, that employee informed me that they have not received the amount.
I contacted my icici bank and informed them about the same. They provided me the payment id for this transaction which is[protected].
Icici bank asked me to follow up with airtel with this payment id.
I informed the executive about this id and he again said that payment has not been received.
On this, i requested the airtel executive to send me an email from official id about the same so that i can officially lodge a complaint in icici bank. The policy of icici bank says that in case of any failed online transaction where amount has been debited but not credited with merchant, the said amount will automatically get reverted within 7 days. Failing which they can register a complaint.
I received an email from "a_manish. [protected]@airtelworld.com" (The airtel executive with whom i was interacting) send me an email on 09/06/2018 confirming the same that amount has not been received by airtel.
I forwarded the same email to icici bank transaction dispute teamon 09/06/2018 to register a complaint about this, complaint no sr[protected].
After proper investigation, on 11/06/2018, i received a message on my mobile [protected] that icici bank is closing this case because the said amount of rs. 3891.00 has been successfully credited to the merchant on 02/06/2018.

Finally, today i received emails from both icici and airtel. Icici saying that money has already been posted to airtel and airtel saying that they have not received the amount.
