Made an online payment for online shopping on 5th Aug but due to server error amount has not been credited to that particular account but amount has been deducted from my account of rs 3000.. So refund my money asap..it's more than 24 hours.. Have not received any pau back amount from the bank.Else need to take appropriate action.it's really frustrating from a customer point of view.
