ICICI Bank — Amount transfer by mistake to[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hold a savings account (Account No.[protected] with your branch under the name Sikindra Kumar Sah. On 17th March, I raised a request (Ref. No.[protected] regarding an incorrect transfer made to another ICICI Bank account (Account No.[protected]. For the past 10 days, I have been continuously following up at the branch and through customer care, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance in reversing the transaction and crediting the amount back to my account. I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest and ensure the funds are returned to my account.

Everytime i receive a single response, the receiver party visits the branch tomorrow, again 2-3 days, same response.
