ICICI Bank has been repeatedly charging me under â€œPOSDECâ€ (Point of Sale Decline) fees since 2021. These charges appear automatically and excessively, sometimes 20â€“30 times in a single day, whenever there is any balance in my account.

I am holding ICICI card and I missed my due for Sep 2025. Crossed 5 days from due date. I Informed Bank that I will pay soon. But inspite of my assurance, I got calls by asking me to pay immediately and everytime in a polite manner I replied I will pay before due date.

Even I am a working person and the calls kept on disturbing me every minute. I got 43 calls in one hour. ICICI officials giving mental torture as they threatening...

I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till july-2025) on 27-aug-2025. I have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

I am Shakeel Ahmad account holder of ICICI bank, Amount of Rs.826 was debited by ICICI bank on 28/08/2025 without sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-25. The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.

Below is the home loan I taken from Icici Bank, without any due I'm paying EMI's towards loan, last time.. RBI reduced in March 2025 for 0.25 ROI & in June 0.50 ROI,

I have a salary account with icici bank since 2012. This bank is the worst. My account is getting auto debit in the name of Adbledesk charges 590rs. This month auto debit of 10k was done.
