I mailed so many times on [protected]@icicibank.com but there is no such a response
What they are understand on their minds
We are customer and their third class company depends on our money and they are not interested in our transactions

      Near about total 5000 amount has been deducted from my account and I did not received any SMS or email on my registered mobile number and email I'd, but I receives the notification and transaction notification by sms abd email.
      I already contacted to the help line number but I am not satisfied with there clarification. Hense I want to file a complaint against ICICI bank

        Hi Team,

        I am raising this complain against ICICI Bank for the unsuccessful transaction.
        The sum of RS. 3000 was deducted from the account at PNB atm CP, New Delhi on 22nd April 2023.
        The transaction was marked successful but money was not dispensed from the machine.

        I tried raising a complain to the company but the resolution was not given and the grievance was closed.

        Requesting you to please take a look and get the needful done.

          I am requesting to change my emi deduction date. As per my emi deduction date is 5th of every month. I am not able to pay on 5th of every month as my salary is received on 16th of every month..again I am requesting to u change my date of emi.. every month bounce charges are charged..

            Hi,
            We had taken an money multiplier bond on 1st December 1998 and was supposed to claim INR 1, 00, 000 on 1st of May 2023 as it was the redemption date, I have posted it to 3i infotech Mumbai on 28th March 2023 itself but yet I have not received my money in account, I have attached the bond photo as well, request you to kindly look into this and credit my account as soon as possible. I had also emailed to [protected]@icicibank.com many times and spoke to customer care but whenever I call they say I will get a revert back within 3 working days.
            P.s. there is no reply to my email till now.

              There is a deduction of INR 1899 from my ICICI bank account on 12/05/2023 in the name of some policy renewal. There is no such policy and this is a transaction not done by me. Its a huge amount. Pls check and refund back my money

                Hello,
                My name is Suresh kumar Leel, Account Number :[[protected]] i have been with icici bank since 2016 This year Rs 826/- is deducted from my account without any alert message.
                I am using demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account.
                But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till apr-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far because I am not using any type of Demat Account.

                  Whereas I have never opted for any additional service from tha bank

                          After checking my bank statement, and found 826 had been deducted as dp chgs till apr-23 from my account on 26/05/2023.

                          I have never opted for or activated demat account services and never used my demat account. There was no prior notice. I was not informed at all by the icici bank regarding this. There was no sms to my registered mobile number for this deduction.

                          Please refund rs 826 back immediately with the charges which have been deducted in the past also and close this demat service.

                              I had made a payment of 46000 for an outstanding amount on my credit card from my SBI account. This was done through phonepe app and 1 rs was taken as their platform fee and hence a transaction of 46001 was made on 4th May 2023.
                              This transaction is showing success in Phonepe account and the phonepe team has also confirmed that payment has been made. But still the same is not being reflected in my credit card.
                              It is more than 20 days now and no action has been taken both by Phonepe and ICICI bank. While Phonepe has just claimed that they cannot do anything about it and has asked me to contact the bank with a reference ID, The bank has generated a service request which is open for some time now and no progress has been made on their end.
                              The details of the required transaction are as follows:
