Dear sir/madam I am holding an account in ICICI bank for many years.I have never occurred any problem like this.my account was an zero balance account.on 10/11/2021 an amount of 627.17 was debited from my account without any intimation as "MABchgs-Oct21+GST".Why the amount was debited on what purpose, i need an clear explanation and my money back.please do needful. Today(16/jan/2022) from my ICICI Bank account 502₹ ("MABchgs-Oct21+GST") ("MABchgs-Nov+GST) got debited without my concern. I am holding a Zero balance account. Need an immediate action on this as to why the amount got deducted from my account and reimbursement for the same on an urgent basis.
