[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount Wrongly Transferred to another PAYEE | |||
I am totally frustrated because of the new ICICI application. I transferred 8000 rs to kandasamy(payee name), i already added and transferred many times before to kandasamy. But this time amount transferred to Kuppusamy(i dont know who is that), but still i am seeing payee name as kandamay-(12 digit of kuppusamy account number). How is this possible in ICICI. I have to bank asked about the reversal and complaint but bank peoples saying this is my fault. Now bank send letter to kuppusamy, once he replies to the letter, they can reverse the amount to me. This is totally frustrating process from ICICI. Was this information helpful? | |||
