To whom so ever it may concern, I recently applied for ICICI credit card and received the same last week; however I am highly disappointed with the commitments and promises which ICICI sales team made over the phone when pitching for the card. I would also like to bring into the attention of ICICI management that the bank is providing horrendous services and I have a recorded conversation of the false commitments made by the sales agent which I will publish on the Internet, which I can guarantee to affect the image of ICICI bank if the bank does not stop outsourcing there sales department to fraud companies. I applied for ICICI platinum credit card on 27th April 2014 through agent Priya Singh ([protected]) however I received the Coral Titanium version on 28th July 2014, exactly 3 months after escalating to the ICICI authorities. Following are the commitments made: • Limit 2 Lakhs assured can go upto 2.5-3 lakhs (reason of such high limit is my company is listed in super prime category + salary account in ICICI bank) • Balance transfer facility with grace period of 4 months. • 1.49% p.m. and annually 13-14% Interest rate after 52 days grace period. • Rs 200 off on bookmyshow tickets • 5% cash back on payment o[censored]tility bills • 10% cash back on IRCTC • 15% discounts on several restaurants • 15% cash back on purchase of electronic items from selected outlets • Rs 199 annual fees; for 2nd year free if purchases over Rs 40, 000; 3rd year onwards free for lifetime. On the same day I received a call from Anjali – ICICI confirmation team ([protected]) confirming the same information that it’s a platinum card followed by a call on 29th April ([protected]) asking about the address where to collect documents and shipping details. What I actually received: • Rs 60, 000 limit • No balance transfer facility as ICICI bank has stopped this services many months ago. • 3.40% p.m. and annually 40% • 48 days grace period This definitely proves that it’s a mistake using ICICI credit card services and I am officially lodging a complaint against ICICI bank in consumer court. Just to remind you that I have an audio recording.

    I do not having any credit card from ICICI bank. Also I am not having any other account, transaction or relation with ICICI bank. Though ICICI bank is sending credit card payment bill /statement. The card no reflect is 4477 xxxx xxx 8009.

    This happens with my father, named SHASHIKANT K BHATT, A/6 SATKAR SOCIETY, KARELIBAUG, VADODARA, GUJARAT and he is senior vitizen so very very exited with this statement.

    So request you to pl delet my name from your data entry, stop issuing such correpondance and let me enjoy my rest of my life. Thanks

      dear sir/madam, I karunakar konda proprietor of lakshmi ladies emporium, my merchant id - [protected], tid[protected], i have taken swipe machine in the month of may 2014, your executive came to me and registered in ur icici marchant service. he explained about the services and charges, regarding charges he told me no installation fee and no extra charges and only minimum fee would be rs.150/-, but u deducted installation charges and extra charges also u r deducting for not fulfulling the business.please am requesting to take complaint on executive his name is amruth and his mobile no is [protected].he is giving false information regarding charges, for getting business he is telling lies to business owners, these is not correct what he is doing, plz take action on him and i need ur response for this.am waiting for ur reply and action on him. thanking you, regards karunakar konda

        Dear ICICI official,


        I got a response from ICICI bank stating that the card is zero balanced and closed on September 30 2013 and there is no outstanding due amount.


        My questions is:


        1. When I have closed the ICICI credit card account in 2010, why was the card still active until 2013? This is affecting my financial status and credit score, Who is responsible for this?


        2. Because of ICICI bank credit card section not updating my credit card account and closing it on time, I have faced issues. I had applied for personal loan with ICICI bank and it was rejected stating that credit card has outstanding due amount.


        3. When I checked with another bank they also said the same and rejected my application. Will the ICICI bank take the responsibility of correcting my credit history in CIBIL? Are they going to approve the loan as it was they who were responsible for the rejection of the loan?


        I need the answers for these questions

          Today i have paid amount of Rs.40494.38 from my icicibank cc(no.4477...4004) to an education institution but in the process the web showed as payment gateway error. so the amount is transfered to my credit card or not.whether i have to pay again the same amount towards fee or not. tomorrow is the last date.so please suggest your kind advice.

            Rs 2180 has beed drawn from my account in name of cc pay but i have already paid the cc on 2nd aug 2014. so bank have drawn amount from my account without informing me and cash have neither gone to my credit card nor its in my account. this is a kind of fraud and shouldn't be happen . Without informing the customer cash should not be drawn from the account. and i have never chosen the option of auto debit. Please help me to have my cash back. its not about 2180 its about customer rights and such kind of big bank shouldn't do that. My phone number [protected]

                  I am working in syenchron ltd and having salary account with icici bank, I have been told that for your company the credit card annual fees have been waived off and it is free for you . I believed on this false statement and purchased the credit cad of icici bank . Now i got the bill of annual fees which is 561 also late fees of 500 . This is a clear cheat .Please waive off the charges and if not done i will cancel this card right way also i will close my savings salary account in icici bank .

                    A complaint was lodged by me about one hr. ago regarding non receipt of new ICICI bank chip & PIN credit card with reference to my complaint letter dated 15.07.2014. A ph call was received by me on mobile from no. [protected]. The person concerned asked me for my UCO bank credit card no. & Pass word, back side no. since my existing mobile no. is not registered with you. Thereafter he issued a new credit card, gave me the new credit card no. & assured to send the card by tomorrow. However to my dismay I have received three messaged from UCO bank confirming debit of Rs 6000 in total. I apprehend some cheques may bounce due to this unauthorised debits. No answer is available on calling mobile no. [protected]. Please look into the matter MOS URGENTLY

                        Hi, I am having an account in ICICI Shivaji Nagar branch, Pune from past eight years and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges since Dec 13 with regular charge, SMAB Chgs-Nov13+Stax 43.26 393.26. I don't have any communication regarding this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. And one more thing, if there is any charges due at Client side, Bank will call us each and every time but this time, while deducting an amount, Bank didnt realize to give a call. Rumours about the ICICI bank became true when I saw my Bank statement.

                          Dear concerned, I am an ICICI customer for the last 3.5 plus years and I moved to the US about 2 weeks ago, I cannot pay my bills because I cannot get the OTP number. My india mobile number is updated in ICICI and that number no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but I cannot do this online. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help...

                          I have a NR0 account with ICICI from last 6 years..I am paying my home loan from this account which i have taken from bank of maharashtra...when i have checked my statement last month i was surprised to know that my emi got bounced despite having sufficient balance in my account...when i called the toll free no..they said there is some lien amount towards share purchase which is incorrect as i dont have demat with Icici bank...when i asked further information the lady told me that system is down and i have raised a complaint and you will receive email from us...then again i called the call center as there was no revert and was surprised again that they had not raised any complaint..this time i spoke to mr jayant and he assured me to give resolution in 24 hours...then i again call the toll free no and this time again they are saying system is down...they have also charged chq returned charges...pls help as there customer service is pathetic...My complaint reference no is SR[protected]

                              Dear Sir / Madam, As I complained many times before this, My Compalint details are as below : My Home Loan Account No. - LBCPR[protected] loan Amount on Dated 29-Mar-2003 is - Rs. 1, 71, 000 /- EMI - Rs. 2190. Name - Sharad Namdeo Channawar Branch - ICICI Chandrapur. As I complained lot of times regarding a issue as mentioning, On dated 19/10/2010, PDC Cheque of Rs. 2190 was debited from my SBI Account No. [protected] ( SBI- Warora Branch ). Details related to it in physical as photo copies of bank statement and other is already submitted to the icici branch 20 times from now. But it is accounted in your system as off now and every time you do penaulty to us in terms of some fees aginst this and adds payment to my account. This is a height of negligence from your side and now this time i am not going to tolerate it any ways. I am going to launch complaint against you in consumer court for this fraud. If you admit it and solve this querry then it is well and good. so, kindly resolve it asap in 3 days.                                   ICICI net banking is definitely not a right way to book tatkal tickets in IRCTC. Nowadays even IRCTC website is faster where I am not happy with ICICI banking. 1. When I am booking tatkal ticket it asks for OTP. Is that the time to ask OTP. Don't they have debit card authentication? OTP depends on mobile network as well. 2. When i went upto net banking, it asks for "PAY TO". It should pick PAY TO automatically as IRCTC indian railway. Though not i should have an option to enter that. They have bill desk payment gateway in between where its asked.Should be faster in picking up the PAY TO if they have that option. Atleast for Tatkal they should have some sort of consideration. No more delay, as most people do, even i would like to open SBI account just for this which seems to be faster as well. When I was asked to open SBI account for tatkal bookings, i ignored. But now i realize that. I should have done that. After missing several times, we are getting a lesson. I know this cannot be resolved immediately. Because we have coding / IT stuffs here. But before i go for another solution, i wanted to express my concern.

                                    <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Hi, My name is Sri Hari G, having saving account in ICICI bank A/C No:[protected] since 2007. On July 3rd 2014 I have made a fund transfer of Rs. 50000from my saving account to wrong account number of same ICICI bank account A/CNo. is[protected]. In the online fund transfer system, "SOME A/C ISSELECTED BY DEFAULT”. Due to the new feature drop down option the funds transferred to A/C No.[protected] On July 10th 2014 I have contacted the nearest branch manager, currently my account is present in the same branch ICICI Bank, Perumbakkam Branch, Chennai and given written complaint and the manager said that since my account was opened in ICICI Bank Secunderabad branch and only that particular branch can do the needful. He has taken my complaint and sent that letter to Secunderabad branch on the same day. I have sent request mail to the other ICICI bank account holder, and he also given written complaint on same day in ICICI Bank, Marthahalli Branch, Bangalore, stating that the funds which got credited into his account does not belongs to him and he don’t have any issue to return the amount back. The branch manager has sent the complaint to Secunderabad branch. But still I didn’t get any updates from the bank people.Whenever I called the ICICI Bank Secunderabad branch I am not getting proper response from them. Kindly help me in this regard.
