[Resolved] ICICI Bank — annual fee deduction for mm service

I have never asked for this mm services but still every year annual fee charge getting deducted from my account.
Bil/[protected]/mm annual fee apr1 8-mar19/164302
I did send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but no response from last few days.
Really don't know how to stop this, so please stop this service and return all deducted amount against this.

Updated by vpikku Its been already sent, Please find below response on 18th may from customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. My concern is when are you going to return my all deducted amount and stop this MM service.

We understand your concern.

A free trial period of 30 days for My Money is applicable for the first time user. When the free trial period expires, Annual charges of Rs. 300.00 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017 will be applicable.

Further, you can view the detailed information of My Money on our website by clicking on "Internet Banking" home page, click on "Services Offered " from left vertical menu and then click on "My Money".
