[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ANW charges for cash Deposit | |||
I am Chethan P Shetty. I have an SB account in ICICI Bank, Andheri West Mumbai Branch My account number[protected]. Today one of my clients deposited Rs.10000/- at ICICI Bank, Electronic City, Bangalore Branch. The Bank had deducted Rs.169.64 as ANW charges inclusive of S.Tax. I am surprised with this deduction. Why do you deducted this ANW charges for a cash deposit. Please look into the matter and revert that amount. I would not wish to continue with this bank if you cheat customers without prior intimation. Kindly Address the same and revert back the amount at the earliest.
