I have applied for icici bank credit card in the month of October. My ICICI Credit Card Application Ref No. is[protected], nearly one and half month has been passed but i haven't got any response from bank credit card department. so kindly find the appropriate solution regarding this issue with your abundant intellect. I am from Howrah and my application no E[protected]on dated 08/11/2013). The executive told me that card will be dispatched with in 20 to 25 days. But til now (11/12/2013) card not delivered to me.
Please give me the proper information against the application no.
