Customer id :[protected] Hi team, I am sachin. I have complained about icici bank. As i have gone through my transactions i came to know that the charges of rs. 206.50 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till m apr-20 on april 28, 2020 and the same is escalated last week. I have neither subscribed nor use any demat account till now. I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account. We, customers, had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank. This is completely an unacceptable behavior by the bank. Kindly go through this concern and resolve these issues on priority. I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time. Looking forward to hearing back from you asap. Already escalate this concern to the higher department as well but didn't get any resolution yet. Plz reply asap. Was this information helpful? | |
