I took a personal loan from icici bank. As per terms after paying 6 clean EMIs partpayment and prepayment for loan will.be zero. I filled a loan foreclosure request on 12th August 2022. Also attached supporting documents mentioning zero foreclosure charges after paying 6 clean EMIs. Still my account is not closed and bank is asking for foreclosure charges.
