Your employees rishabh reject my file after doing all formalities and also not receivingy calls...

I am Anil Kumar. Amount of Rs.826 was debited by ICICI bank[protected] on 26/07/2022 without any sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN(Demat Acc no.) DP CHGS TILL JUN 2022.The Demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
at the time of opening of this Demact account ICICI representative told that no charges involve this account. So, why ICICI deduct money? please refund my...

Pradeep Here, Yesterday in my ICICI Bank account 777.27 Rs debited without intimation.

I checked in my bank statement showing like DMC/***** DP Charges..also I never used Demat account

I have an account with ICICI Bank and I use their app for UPI. I have 3 accounts ( 3 different UPI IDs) linked to that. I am facing two issues and contacted the bank 30-35 times but they are not ready to accept it or solve it. First, in imobile pay you can't change the linked account under one UPI Id. I have got a call from ICIC Direct saying please buy shares for atleast Rs. In 10 or 20 your account will be activated and you will receive a brokerage bonus of Rs.2000. And later the customer care directed me to buy at least 5 SEPs, which I did without specifying the amount involved.

Today I received a call from ICICI credit card department and a supervisor named Prakash spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.

As you can see on below mail the transaction has been rolled back and amount is credited to credit card account and same I was mentioning to him multiple times but he was not accepting it .

I was charged an amount of 826 rupees towards DMC DP charges when I had no demat account with ICICI. In fact I never created one. I want this amount to be refunded as soon as possible...

They keep calling everyday for a personal loan offer, I have told them many times that I don’t need anything and to stopping calling me, yet I get calls every day.
