    Asking for loan foreclosure charge

    I took a personal loan from icici bank. As per terms after paying 6 clean EMIs partpayment and prepayment for loan will.be zero. I filled a loan foreclosure request on 12th August 2022. Also attached supporting documents mentioning zero foreclosure charges after paying 6 clean EMIs. Still my account is not closed and bank is asking for foreclosure charges. Please look into this issue and close my loan account asap.

      Sir,
      I am completely surprised while doing online premature closure of my fd. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as i was unable to close fd.i have secured credit card against this fd.but already I was closed my secured credit card..I have noc also.
      When i try to premature closure of this fd through my online bank account, i am not able to close it as i am continuously getting an error 'lein marked on fd. I am very frustrated with this experience.
      I am having very bad experience with icici banking services.

        Date of incident - 01 August 2022
        Client detail - PAYTM RENTAL NOIDA IN,
        Description - I never made these transactions from my credit card.
        I have two fraud transactions for Rs.37, 573, .50 & Rs.11, 170.50.
        It was 2 transactions made on my ICICI credit card without my knowledge and I never share the OTP to anyone.

        Please consider this and take action as soon as possible.

        I already raised complain in cyber crime (Ack No: [protected]) and ICICI bank as well but from bank I haven't got any positive response.

          I have been a priority account holder of ICICI Bank for over 10 years and have also been using ICICI Bank's credit cards and personal loans for 15 years or so now. I have so far not faced any major concerns that needed escalation but the absolutely ruthless and irresponsible behavior of the cards division has forced me to escalate this matter. I have duly been responding to official mails and keeping the bank posted on my situation and appealed for a little time and that I am ready to bear with the charges being levied. I am only aiding the lender in earning additional income through the exorbitant amount of interest that is being charged.

          Despite all my appeals, every single email of mine is being ignored by the respective departments as well as the social media team and the account has been put on a lien hold.

          To re-iterate, I have been out of town for over a month due to some urgent family issues and have been on the runaround attending to these issues causing me a lot of stress while at the same time also caught up in a mess of KYC with with my alternate account for which the only answer I am getting is to go to the home branch which is in NCR and I am right now NOT in NCR to deal with this. ICICI is my only active account at the moment and every functionality in the account has been blocked over this lien. At this point I will need to be able to use my phone to attend calls from my office and also be able to access my WhatsApp for messages from my workplace. But ICICI executives are making life miserable with their incessant calls and demanding immediate payments.

          I got a friend to transfer some funds into my account but now this ridiculous "lien" is preventing me from even transferring funds from my ICICI Account to my credit card. Now how am I to even use this account or even make the payment, if my account is inoperable. I am trying to get someone to just reactivate my account and just take the minimum due that is outstanding. Besides it is pertinent to mention that last month's minimum dues were at least partly paid hastily even though I was having financial crisis even back then. As for this month, it has not even been 5 days past the deadline.

          Most of all, I find it completely irresponsible and a habit of only illiterate people to use WhatsApp as a mode of official communication as though they are not even literate enough to read or comprehend emails or have not understood the basic requirement of any job profile to read their official mailboxes.

          How will it help the bank if let's suppose due to ICICI executives' harassment I am forced to switch my salary account due to lien hold? Even the amount that is available in the account only fulfils part of the total payment outstanding on the credit card. By doing this, the employees of the bank are by themselves antagonising a loyal long-term customer towards repulsive behavior. I keep on getting calls from idiotic third party collection agents who employ uncivilised methods of conversation and my WhatsApp is being spammed to the point that I have to keep it muted for most of the day.

          Requesting your help to have this lien removed and allow me to make the minimum due payments after the upcoming bill generation. Alternatively, please ask whoever has put this lien hold to just draw out the current minimum due of Rs 8500 odd Rs and let me use the account normally. I didn't expect ICICI bank to have employees with no regard to anyone's problems. Every single person, irrespective of their credibility and their creditworthiness will have some problems at some part of their lives and once, just ONCE after 1.5 decades, the first ever payment miss can't be treated with such brutality when I have been giving far more than what I owe in the form of interest and charges I have paid on the various ICICI bank products including insurance policies.

              My account[protected] savings account in Madhapur branch, Hyderabad, Telangana in the name of Debapriya Chakrabarty on 20th August 2022 has been debited with 1899 then top of it 590 and 312 for the above policy which i mentioned in complaint subject i haven't asked for the policy please make my money credited to my account this is not fair for you people making this kind unfair practices debiting my account with out my permission make sure my money credit to my account as early as possible i had attached screen shot of the transaction

                    ICICI Bank EPFO bank KYC verification long pending

                    On August 16, 2022, using my Citibank debit card, I withdrew 5000 rupees from the ICICI Bank ATM closest to me in Hyderabad. I received all of the 500 rupee damaged notes, which are torn and taped. Unsure of what to do, I flashed money at the CCTV as it and left. Next day I complained to the ICICI bank's nearby branch, but they refused to convert money and kept making excuses and taking their time to respond.

                    What should I do now, want to file FIR case against the branch as per the RBI guidelines?

                      Hello,
                      i have purchased one product from flipkart in June amount 6499 rs and converted into three EMI after that i cancelled that product and i got the confirmation from merchant that they already returned the amount to credit card, still my EMI deducted from my credit card and i called the customer care person (Mrigaikhya) regarding this and he said it wont be possible as i had not called the customer care earlier, but my previous experience was it automatically return back the amount and i don't know what to do, if it will not resolve then possibly after almost 7 years being as a customer i am not happy and i will block this account and in future i will not use ICICI bank credit card because now i can see bank deducted my 6499 rs amount whiteout any specific reason, please resolve this issue as soon and possible, waiting for your reply

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                        I had taken loan from ICICI bank and pay very properly for almost a year. But last 6 months have been very very disturbing for me. I lost my job and I missed on one payment. The harassment has started since then by the recovery agents of ICICI bank. I have defaulted on payments but that doesn't mean I don't pay, I pay but its late. But then females calling me have mentally tortured me. Right now I have cooperated with everyone and told my issues to them that I am 5 months pregnant and have an ailing mother in law at home. I need few days to pay. I am threatened that people recovery agents may visit my relatives house. My family members and my relatives are called and informed about my non payment due.
                        I am literally disturbed by this act and feel like killing myself now for trusting and taking loan from ICICI bank.

                        I want to connect with the higher authority and take this up about the inhumanity

                          I had applied for credit card. Pursuant to which, the customer care called me and promised me for rubyx card and thereafter my details were taken and my video KYC was done. I had received a application number from the bank. However, its been few days, there is no email or message and when I am trying to track the status, the application number is showing invalid. I have been continuously trying to reach the customer support, however, they are not helpful and extremely rude. They just want to play pass the ball games and shifting calls from one department to another.

                          Please resolve the issue and assist in getting my credit card.

                                Too many calls for loan and credit card offers

                                I am getting more than 10 calls daily from ICICI bank regarding loans and credit card offers. It is really frustrating. Kindly stop calling for unnecessary reasons...

                                I have fraud transaction for rs 50, 217.75, 49, 227.50, 49, 203.25, 45, 652.50
                                It has 4 transactions made my my ICICI credit card without intimate to me even I never share OTPs at all.

                                Please consider this and take action as soon as possible.
                                I unable to submit fraud transaction amount.

                                  Today, I transferred amount 50500rs to primeabgb company bank for build up a PC. Amount debited from account but I recieved bellow message -----
                                  Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 50, 500.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 18-Aug-22. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank. --------

                                  Please do needful asap. I need that money for my younger brothers pc . Apart from that I don't have money.
