[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm card grid value incorrect

I have icici bank coral debit card and card is activated. Every time, i type grid value in imobile app for verification and for fund transfer and atm pin change from internet banking it says please check the grid value and after three attempts it disabled grid authentication. I have this problem from 6 months. I tried to contact to customer care but it didn't work because of automated system. And also upi transcation limit is set to be 20k per day so there is no other method to transfer higher amount because of grid value problem.

I transferred the amount -2000 to the beneficiary account through imps and i get a text saying that the transfer is timed out at beneficiary bank.
Kindly roll out the amount to the bank or clear the amount to the beneficiary bank

I want to open a saving account with your morena branch, madhya pradesh . The minimum balance demanding Rs 25000/ for a saving ac and also demanding a additional recurring ac of Rs 2000/ for open a normal saving account.
