[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm discrepancy | |||
There was atm discrepancy while i tried to withdraw 80, 000 on 16 jun 2018 at around 9.41pm from icici bank atm (S1cw4725). The money got deducted from my account but the atm maachine didn't dispense the cash from the machine. I called the customer care right away and they assured me to solve this and complain no. Is (Sr[protected]. Also told me to do transaction again and i did it twice for rs.2000 each time and i recieved that amount. But suddenly yesterday i got message that we cannot reverse the money as it has been paid so registered the complain again and the complain no is (Sr[protected]. I also visited my branch and they have raised the complaint as well. Also the branch manager told me that the atm cannot withdraw 80, 000 at a single time and that might be the reason you did not receive money. So it should have refunded the same day itself then why is it taking so long?? Why icici is not giving proper customer support?? Due to atm error why am i facing so many difficulties??
