[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm fraudulent/ unauthorized transaction | |||
Rs.3, 00, 000. (3 lakhs) was debited from my account on[protected]. We have not done this transaction. Atm card is with me only. I have reported this to home branch and frozen the account. After that, i have not heard any further details from the bank. My phone number linked with account number was also changed without my request and authorization. The change was not even notified to me. When asked bank, they say they dont have the record of it, when it got change, how it got changed and who changed this I keep mailing them. There is no reply. I have initiated step 2 escalation - head phone banking - mr. Subhendu tripathy - on[protected]. No response from him also. Dear icici customers, please be safe. Was this information helpful? | |||
