[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ATM masien is wrong transaction

My name is pinki and my icici account number is[protected]. On 2 aug 2016 at about 7:43am i can go on only a balance enquirie but atm masien is hang s when i can do neutrino response, he is deducted my amount, this atm masine one time limit is only 10, 000 i didnt made any transaction withdrawing from atm but 14000 amount deducted from my account of icici atm i'd is secnf528 .I made against it within 2 hours to the customer care. And also informed to the bank staff.But bank staff said amount staff said that is ur mistake.No anyone responed to my comaplints.That is happend with me.I am very disspointed with this servieces my complain no.Sr[protected] plz any possiblites in this matter can do anythink regarding this. Thank u
