My name is hemalatha shekaran (Joint account with my husband) from bangalore.
Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, power may comeback after 1 hour or half an hour, that's what the security told me. "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction. Details provided below

On 28/10/2016 around 8:49 in the morning i had used icici bank atm (Atm id-stchb446) in bangalore diagonally opp to thomas cafe for money withdrawal but the txn got failed due to power cut (Txn no.7198) while the cash withdrawal (Counting) was under process. I had a balance of rs.1623.00, i had to withdraw rs. 1, 600.00 but i did not get the money, "immediately" 100 yards beyond this atm one more icici atm - coles road, below sub registrar office - bangalore. I went and checked my balance shows rs. 23.00. It is almost 7 days still my balance shows rs.23.00. I didn't get the money but my sbi account was debited.
Please investigate (Camera) and get the amount credited back to my sbi s/b account asap. We are not that well to do people this money matters to us.
The feedback says that icici delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concerned to people like me. Please reply me immediately and reimburse my amount to my account. Kindly do not delay still more because already 1 week has passed.
