I had made an online payment INR 685 to TNEB online payment on 02/10/2016. My transaction summary as follows "

The amount was neither credited to the beneficiary account, nor was I notified about the failed transaction. The amount is still not credited back to my account. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

    I do not have any demat account with icici. While opening saving account icici representative gave me demat account kit said its free. You can use in future if you want. I never filled any demat account form so having demat account and trading through that account is out of question. Now i received estatement stating trans id 00868729 dp chrgs till aug-16 rs.575.

    I am ICICI bank customer from last 3 years PUNE Hinjewadi branch. I have shifted to Germany and my Indian number is not working. I tried changing it through netbanking but no luck. I am not able to access my bank account due to OTP. Please tell me how to update my Germany phone number in the bank account.

          My card ending with 7000 was about to expire. However i am not using icici card for more than 3.5 years now. But still send it to the old address on the file. Someone got that renewed card and used it on in petrol bunk for 25, 000 at Natraj flee center.

          My question what is the process to activation of icici credit card? Without user calling from registered mobile number, how can card be activated?

            I thought of buying train ticket thru my mobile using app called IRCTC connect.
            At last the transaction was not successful but the amount has not reversed in my account. I called customer care one recorded message was picked and told me the same Ramayana. "Sir, It will be reversed within 7days".

            I was trying to send an email. Email website was down. simply, they say server down.

            Gone all the days, Banks are cheating customers but now a days they simply keep (block) our money for 7 days.

            I hereby request RBI to take action immediately on ICICI Bank.

            It is really fraud bank. I beg you customer, Please do not keep your money or do not use ICICI bank for any transaction.

              Dated on[protected] i recharge from my atm debit card of rs.500 throug one net site name is www.aryty.com & got full talk time from idea cellur operator.
              But got your sms & checked on pass book that deducat from my account of s.662.16 so why? I order to icici bank for money transfer to WWW.ARYTY.COM of rs.500 only including all taxes.

                  Hi,

                  Recently i am getting harrasment calls from icici recovery agencies for someone elses overdue payment.

                  This person was my friend few years ago. And i have not been in touch with her since last few years.

                  Recovery agency is harrasing me for her bills going to the extent of threatening and even calling my office numbers repeatedly during working hours. Recovery agent are very rude and abusive at times as if my payments are due

                  This person has never given my reference while taking a credit card, why am i getting calls for someone elses payments.

                  I dont think recovery agents have the right to disturb my peace of mind for somebody elses over due bills

                  This is person is my ex-colleague few years ago and he gave my number as reference . and these icici bank people are calling and harrasing me all the time. I told them n number of times that i am not in touch with him but they are being rude..

                  Please look into this issue .I am a female and that ### gave my number for this nonsense. Please help me to solve this issue

                      This is to bring to your notice that one Mr.Swaroop, has been behaved very rudely today at the bank. I went for a cheque transfer today (21/10/2016). I had to wait for one and a half hour(2pm - 3:30pm). After sometime, one of the employee came and asked me to go to the counter where swaroop was sitting. When I handed over the cheque, he said me "why are you coming here, I have got so much of work", Give it to some other person. I was like, sir, I have been sitting here for more than an hour, and also it was one your staff who asked me to come to this particular counter. But he was still angry murmuring something in telugu. Not sure why! But if this continues, I am sure ICICI will lose its valuable customers. Well, I am one of them.

                            Am ICICI bank customer since last 10 years. Now i shifted to Dubai & My Account is still open as Wealth Account.My problem is now i am not able to access my account, because my current mobile # is not updated & i am not receiving OTP through email.Due to this i am not able to create FD or Fund transfer etc. Sincerly i don't want to close my relationship with ICICI.But your team does not know how to handle customer or respect them.
                            I am Facing these issue from last 13 months.Now its in my routine, when i come india first i go ICICI bank.Almost i have visited 6-7 times for same issue, But my issue is not resolved.Good thing is that every time they will give different reasons & every time they successfully fooled me.

                            2.Sir, Last time by mistakenly we have added 12 digit.
                            3.Sir, We will not add Country Code.Etc
                            Many more, But i don't want to insult your workers.But it really shows your ICICI Employe knowledge & how u train them.

                              But it was delivered to my professional address not on my residential address and i moved my professional address to other place and card was returned back to bank by Blue dart. Bank sent my new credit card pin to my residential address which i get received at my residential address.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am regular customer of icici bank and having salaried account in icici. i am using icici credit card since last 1.3 years and having good track record. i have total outstanding amount in sep'16 cycle was rs. 7121 against that i've make payment of rs. 7100 as rounded amount. further to this, i've make online shopping worth rs. 8999 in the same month - sep'16, as the shopping product was damaged, i return the product and i got refund in my cc account by 01.10.2016 worth rs. 8999.
                                My billing cycle is from 24th to 23rd and last day for payment is 10th of the month.

                                In nutshell - my september transaction as follow which is in positive.

                                Opening balance - 7121 -
                                Payment done - 7100 - 07.09.2016
                                Online shopping - 8999 -.14.09.2016
                                Refund from online shopping - 8999 - 01.10.2016
                                Payment done - 50 - 04.10.2016

                                Even though i am getting several mails, messages and phone calls for the card blocking and bla bla bla... furthet to this, they charged me rs. 500 as late fee and rs. 75 as s. tax.

                                I approach to the customer care, bank branch and through mail complaint to icici costermer care complaint forum but not getting satisfactory response.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My self Manjunath Patil, i made a bill payment of 495.36 rupees to Vodafone network on 19th of September at 9:56 AM through there USSD code *111# (this option is only for ICICI customers with there Vodafone number registered in ICICI BANK of which i attached a proof below) from my registered postpaid mobile number [protected], after payment i got the message stating that dear customer we are unable to process your request and sorry for inconvenience caused to you from Vodafone i attached this message below, but my money was deducted from ICICI BANK account stating amount credited to VODAFONE USSD of which i attached a image below, i called Vodafone and ICICI and raised a complaint on this as that was the last day for payment again i made a same payment in the afternoon around 3:20pm by logging into my ICICI saving account by using quick pay option, that payment was successful and i got transaction id also i am attaching the same below, i called Vodafone customer service one of there executives told as transaction was unsuccessful you need to call BANK and complain, so i called and given a complaint in ICICI, but they are saying that the transaction was successful and both amounts were successfully credited to beneficiary accounts please check with Vodafone, already one month is over still these Vodafone and ICICI people not resolving my problem, instead they are arguing with me saying only one payment has credited to them and behaving rudely, as per Vodafone instruction i submitted all documents they asked and even daily visiting there Vodafone store also, and submitted documents hard and soft copy's, even to ICICI bank also i submitted all documents they asked and as per there instruction visited nearby bank branch, bank asked me to get a mail from VODAFONE that vodafone received a single payment, i took mail from vodafone submitted that too, and i contacted ICICI customer service regarding the same issue and given complaint also they told me to wait till 19th of October i waited but did't got any call from ICICI BANK instead they closed my complaint dated 5th of October, and ICICI customer care executives giving fake assurance that the problem will be solved with in 3 days and will get my money back, they are closing all my complaints without solving it, I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH ICICI SERVICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES FAKE ASSURANCE,

                                      Worst condition of ICICI ATM Machine inside subharti university campus, NH-58 Delhi Haridwar Bypass Road, MEERUT(UP)250005.I have saving accnt, salary accnt, junior accnt in ICICI BANK. For the past two years ATM Machine of ICICI is either out of service or no cash.I have never seen such a poor service of ICICI Bank. No accountability of anyone from ICICI. Please improve your services otherwise me and my colleagues will close salary accounts from ICICI Bank. Please get information about how many times in a week your ATM Machine is out of service.

                                        Sir mere a/c no.[protected] jo ki icici bank m h .mere account se 10000rs. 3 may ko transite ho gya jo ki maine nikala h nhi sir[censored]si date m maine 5000 rulaye nikale the wo mujhe mila h. 10000 rupaye usi cabin k atm se dikha rha h jo ji pahle mai usi atm machine m maine apna atm card use kiya tha aur 5000 nikala tha lekin atm hang ho rha tha to mai waight kiya lekin paise nhi mile to mai bagal wale atm se paise 5000 nikal liye aur usi time pe 10000 ka message bhi aa gya .iske liye maine bank m bhi 3 bar complain kr di h jiska sr no uper likha h aur abhi tak mere paise nhi mile 5 mahine se bhi jyada time ho gya .
